Usage Instructions:
1. Topical Application: As rub on massage for temporary relief from dry coughs and body aches and muscular stiffness due to colds. Gently apply on chest, neck and back before bedtime.
2. Steam Inhalation: As medicated vapour to get relieve from nasal congestion. (For 6 years and above). Add 1 – 2 teaspoonfuls of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours to clear blocked nose and ease breathing difficulties.
